We meet for a short video call to go through the plan together, answer your questions, and confirm all the details. By the time shoot day arrives, you'll feel prepared and know exactly what to expect.
We meet at the agreed location and spend the session creating images for your brand. I guide you through everything, posing, movement, expression. You don't have to think about what to do next. That part is on me.

Most sessions take between one and two hours. LinkedIn headshot sessions are shorter, usually around 30 minutes.
I'll give you an estimated session time after our consultation, once we've talked through your needs and ideas. I never rush. My priority is making sure you feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera.
We have several options: a studio I work with regularly, your office or workspace, a coworking space, or an urban setting that fits your brand. The right choice depends on what you do and how you want to be seen by your clients. We'll confirm the location together during our consultation.
Absolutely! You don’t need to know how to pose - that’s what I’m here for. I’ll guide you gently through the session with simple directions so you feel natural, relaxed, and confident in front of the camera.
Your outfit is an important part of the session, but don't worry, we'll work it out together. The starting point is always you: your style and how you show up every day. At the same time, your look should match your brand. We'll think about how your outfit reflects the way you want to be seen by your clients.
You’ll receive a gallery where you can select your favorite shots within 3 days after the session. Once you’ve made your selection, I’ll edit and deliver the final images in high resolution via an online gallery. This part takes a bit more time, as I want to make sure everything looks perfect, but I always aim to send you the final photos as soon as possible.
Yes, absolutely. If you find more images you like after viewing your selection gallery, you're welcome to purchase additional photos. The price per image will be based on your original package.
